Like many law firms, the billing structure at Dumke MacLeod is primarily based on an hourly rate set by each lawyer according to her level of experience.

Because each file varies in complexity, and we often cannot predict how time-consuming a matter will be, it is sometimes difficult to provide an accurate quote in advance for the services to be provided.

However, to increase clients’ ability to budget effectively for their legal expenses, we can generally provide a cost-range for commonly performed services, and we are working toward expanding our offerings of flat-rate services.  In some cases, we also accept litigation matters on contingency.

We now accept credit card payment or Paypal for payment of invoices.
